There are many benefits that I receive from yoga. Stretching, balance and relaxation to name just a few. Everyone can go at their own pace and that's ok.

Yoga is my favorite thing!

Stop thinking about it and try yoga at Lynne Carroll's studio. It's on the west side of town and it's a very comfortable atmosphere-not intimidating. Lynne caters to your level of fitness, whatever that may be.

I've been going there twice a week for about 6 months and feel great. Great stress buster. And Lynne makes it fun. (If you're looking for a mother-daughter activity Lynne has a class for that too!)
