Class description

Monday Night (5-6PM) – Balance Ball Class, (bring a ball if you have one)

Tuesday Morning (10-11 AM) – Mat Pilates with bands resistance

Wednesday Night (5-6 PM) – Mat Pilates with bands resistance

Thursday Night (4:45-5:45 PM) – Purely Pilates on the mat (no bands or weights)

I am also giving Yoga Therapy to clients who would like one to one individual help with particular body or mind symptoms including Thai Yoga Massage and/or a tailored practice to fit the individuals needs. Call to make an appointment.
